Leading manufacturing company in Paso Robles is now hiring a Customer Service Representative.
Pay Rate: $21/hour
Schedules: 8am-5:30pm, Monday-Friday
Responsibilities of a Customer Service Representative include:
- Generate internal quotation packages for submittal to manufacturing and sales departments for product pricing and lead time.
- Work directly with customers to provide quotations, process orders and send order acknowledgements.
- Enter order information and maintain customer database in Microsoft Great Plains ERP System.
- Obtain customer information required for order placement, refunds or exchanges.
Qualifications of a Customer Service Representative:
- Great customer service skills
- Proficient with computers and computer software
- Previous customer service experience
